I’m Michelle Falconer, and I believe our lives are made up of chapters. Some we carefully plan. Others are written for us. And then there are the chapters we have to find the courage to write for ourselves. I am a daughter shaped by the people who came before me, a wife who has spent 27 years learning about love, partnership, family, and the seasons of marriage, and a mother whose children have been among my greatest teachers. For more than two decades, I have also been an entrepreneur, business owner, real estate executive, community leader, and philanthropist. I have built businesses, led organizations, served my community, mentored young people, and learned that success means very little if we aren’t using some of what we’ve been given to create opportunities for others. But life has also humbled me. I have experienced extraordinary success, profound loss, unexpected change, reinvention, and more than a few moments that forced me to reconsider everything I thought I knew. Those experiences eventually led me to writing. Becoming an author gave me a way to turn the chapters of my life into something that could live beyond me. But I quickly realized I didn’t just want to write books. I wanted to create conversations. That is what I Am Michelle Falconer is becoming. It is the home for my books and writing, but also for the conversations those stories inspire through podcasts, speaking, retreats, workshops, intimate gatherings, and shared experiences. My goal is to create spaces where we can talk honestly about the things that shape us: motherhood, marriage, loss, ambition, friendship, business, aging, purpose, starting over, giving back, and figuring out who we are when life doesn’t go according to plan. My philanthropy is woven throughout that mission. From investing in young people and supporting my community to continuing Ryan’s legacy through the Ryan Falconer Scholarship, service remains one of the most important ways I define success. So, I Am Michelle Falconer isn’t simply a website or personal brand. It’s a platform for stories, conversations, experiences, and impact.
